Logan,
I'd like to thank you for taking the time to give some feedback on my blog, but more importantly, thank you for your service to our country and best of luck on your upcoming Marine Corps Recruit Training in a few weeks. My father was a Marine, served in WWII and three of my nephews are also currently Marines. You definately have the respect and appreciation of myself and my family members. It means a lot that you took the time to review our CAD-CUT ThermoFILM product, which seems like such a small thing in the scope of things, but I am glad that you have enjoyed working with it over the years and impressed that you noticed the improvements we have made in the product over the years. It was also great the way you described some of the reasons why your customers liked the product. But I'm more than certain that your personality, attention to detail and hard work also played a big role in ensuring repeat business at David Bowen Sporting Goods. Again, I am thankful for your praise of our product and more than thankful that you have chosen to serve our country by joining the Marines. Best of luck to you and drop a line whenever you have time. Sincerely, Ted Stahl

I'd like to offer up some praise for Stahls' and your products. I've been working in the lettering department at David Bowen Sporting Goods in Pensacola,Fl for 2 and a half years now. I started when I was 17 and will keep working here until I ship out for Marine Corps Recruit Training in December. In the time that I've been here I've spent a lot of personal time with your CAD-CUT Thermofilm product and I would like you to know how much it's appreciated by not only us but our customers too.

I've watched as Thermofilm has evolved over the past few years, becoming easier to cut, weed, and apply. I can cut out more detailed designs with the current Thermofilm than I could a year ago. The current Thermofilm weeds better than the previous, with little to no catching, no matter how long it has been since we changed the blade (something that's easily forgotten in the rush of baseball season). All while maintaining its durability and virbant color.

Our customers love Thermofilm too. While many don't know the finer points, all love the fact that Thermofilm holds up well under use and after a full season of play still maintains it's bright colors, even after the uniform or a screen print have faded. I've seen jerseys come in that were nothing but a few threads being held together by the numbers and logos we applied years ago (well before I started working here) and others where an entire team reordered jerseys because the one fill-in we did in Thermofilm looked so good compared to their old screen printed jerseys.

My favorite part though? Even while using a heat press that some consider an antique (but it still soldiers on with no problems)and a cutter that doesn't always work the way we want it to we are still able to create professional looking uniforms that stand the test of time. The improvements you have made to Thermofilm have really made it a better product that gives even the smallest bussiness the ability to create uniforms that stand out amongst others. Whenever I go to the ballpark to admire my work it's very easy to see which uniforms are using Thermofilm and which are using something <strike>inferior</strike> else.

Just my two cents from someone who really appreciates your product and the improvements that Stahls' is always making. Every little change is noticed, and every improvement is appreciated.
