Feedback on Educational Heat Printing Event
One thing that really stood out at the recent Stahls’ Canada Educational Event on heat printing was that everyone there was ready to learn and showed great interest in all the educational speakers. None of the guests left until the very end. It seemed that people didn’t even want to take bathroom breaks during the workshops…there were long lines during the scheduled breaks. It was great to experience and I was honored to have been a part of the event. Ben Robinson did a phenomenal job explaining the entire line of Hotronix heat presses from the lowest priced model up to the new Hotronix Air Fusion. Josh Ellsworth also wowed the crowd as usual with his how-to presentation on CAD-CUT heat transfer materials. I really liked how he showed 3 different versions of the Canadian maple leaf on his polo shirt, each one done in a different material, so that folks could see the differences. I will have to get a close up photo of the shirt. Brian Sukarukoff and I were able to talk shop with Marc Di Schiavi and Thomas Milne of Raised Edge Inc., which is located in Aurora, Ontario. They specialize in debossing and embossing and other custom garment decoration options. Another participant, Ron from Hogan’s, also called to let us know how much he enjoyed the event. Hollie Reece of Stahls’ Canada sent me a note passing along a comment from her post-event conversation with Ron: “When Stahls tells me that they will be with me every step of the way in this business, I believe it absolutely 100%. I would not believe that with any other company out there, they just don’t get the concept and Stahls does.” Thank you again to everyone that was able to attend. We plan on doing this again.
