Some of the reports from the SGIA Expo confirm what we have known for a long time–everyone is looking for faster, easier ways to print shirts and one key component of that production process is artwork. If you walk around an industry trade show, you’ll see different companies trying to sell you stock art. But before you buy, make sure you find out whether or not the artwork is “production ready.” Actually that’s a trick question. Most people will tell you YES, it’s vectorized artwork, ready to be output to a cutter. However, just because artwork is vectorized doesn’t mean it’s production friendly or easy to cut. It’s not optimized. Great Dane Graphics are optimized for easier production, whether you are cutting or producing DTG shirts. There is a difference! I’ve talked about this before but the only way to really understand it is to compare for yourself. Or better yet, attend this StahlsTV webinar on September 27th. It explains exactly how you will be able to improve your artwork production speeds by using Cadworxlive and Great Dane Graphics. You can watch from your desktop. Here is a preview that tells you about the webinar. Sign up today.
