We (Eagle Designs)use this method (or one similar) whenever we do 2 color thermo film, especially on uniforms. It’s a little more work, but customer appreciates it. Never have an issue with top layer peeling off like you do when you layer 2 colors of T-Film. We only layer superfilm.
