When used as a gambling term, the words “double down” refer to doubling one’s bet or increasing a wager or investment. But with the Hotronix Dual Air Fusion, we used the words “Double Down” to show that you could quite possibly double your production speed. After receiving Ben Robinson’s show report, it’s clearer than ever that the launch went off without a hitch at the ISS Atlantic City. According to Ben, the machine attracted a large amount of high volume customers who currently use transfers to decorate garments. These are people who are currently heat printing 1200-2000 transfers on garments a day (Yes, that is the correct number of zeros). All of these high volume heat printers were amazed at the speed and time savings and felt their investment would be to paid back in a matter of weeks. He reports that no one objected to the price–which is $5995 without lasers or $6495.00 with the lasers. In fact, he said that many thought 7-8K would have been the list price if they had to guess. There are also leasing options available. What were some other takeaways from Ben? “Printing sleeves on one side and a full front transfer on the other side was the perfect way to demo versatility. Keep in mind that you can easily exchange lower platens on either side. And the lasers are “THE” number one key feature.
