Saw a sign waver last night outside a Mexican restaurant here in California and then I saw this blog posting. The restaurant was packed. Was it the $1 tacos and $2 beers or the sign waver? Restaurant is in obscure location, supermarket strip mall, and is relatively new in the neighborhood, so I think it did help to bring people in.
