Josh Ellsworth just gave me an update on the February 11, 2014 debut of Stahls’ TV. As Blaine, an attendee remarked: “Each new product you introduced set off a wave of potential customers…” We’re glad we inspired you with ways to branch out and sell more Blaine!  Basically the attendees were able to watch live as we trained them on how to make money with their heat press.  According to Josh, we printed over 20 different items live with a variety of transfer types including screen printed transfers, CAD-CUT transfers, Digital transfers and fabric based transfers (pre-sewn distressed).  The class covered the differences in these transfer types and how to select what product for a particular fabric.  Each item decorated was quoted with a finished cost and those attending easily left with many markets that they can reach with their new heat press investment.

Here is Blaine Namahoe’s unsolicited email response about the live training event: “That was totally exciting.  It was challenging to pay attention because each product you introduced set off a wave of potential customers, needless to say I was glad that you went over everything several times.  I bought the 16 x 16 auto clam….I’m excited to see some of the other videos.  I truly believe your customer service people would be happy to help, I’ve had a positive experience starting with the folks at Long Beach.”

Performance apparel is a huge opportunity for heat printers. In the heat press success class we taught attendees how to heat print full color digital images, screen printed transfer designs and names/numbers onto a variety of performance textiles from industry suppliers.

You mention “new” heat press and cutter owners for these classes. Does that mean that those of us who have used your products for some time are prohibited from joining?
