National Customer Service Week

This week was National Customer Service week.  Here at GroupeSTAHL, where providing excellent customer service is one of our core values, every week is Customer Service Week, but we’re glad that we had the chance to celebrate some of our top service performers. At Stahls’ ID Direct, in addition to celebrating individual service accomplishments, reps were asked to fill out cards with 3 things they will do to provide you with an extraordinary customer service experience.  A wall of fame display was created and we posted many of the cards. We are proud of our committed customer service reps! Thank you for all you do. Here are some of the ways they have promised to serve you better:

  • Speak with a Smile
  • Listen, Listen, Listen!
  • Be kind to everyone
  • Return calls within 10 minutes
  • Go the extra mile
  • Answer customer questions in detail giving as much information as possible

Also, congratulations to our hometown hero, Detroit Tiger’s very own Miguel Cabrera on winning the American League triple crown, by leading the league in batting average, home runs and runs batted in.

This feat was last accomplished in 1967 by Carl Yastrzemski of the Boston Red Sox. The third baseman finished the regular season Wednesday night with a .330 batting average, 44 home runs and 139 RBI.

    It’s great to see so many familiar faces that a powerful group standing there, so much knowledge from people who truly care about the customer. I have heard so many nice comment from customers and am proud of having once been a member of the team.
