For the fourth year in a row, a team of  decoration experts from Stahls’ will be heat printing behind the scenes at the NFL Draft, which takes place in Chicago from April 30-May 2. Last year the  New York Times featured our Stahls’ team in an article, with our own Cathi Christopher shown heat printing a jersey. This year once again, when freshly drafted NFL players hold up a new personalized team jersey, it will be hot off a Hotronix heat press.

Our preparation teams have been hard at work, getting all the draftees names cut in advance, so that as soon as a pick is announced, it can be applied on the correct NFL jersey. No one knows who will go where, so names need to be cut in both single and two color versions. This is necessary because in less than two minutes, the player will be presented with his new jersey on stage.

In addition, Stahls’ team members will be on hand at heat printing personalization stations in Draft Town presented by Oikos Triple Zero. This free fan festival in downtown Chicago’s Grant Park is open all three days of the Draft. Click here to see a complete map of the area. We plan to personalize over 5,000 jerseys for NFL fans during the event; from heat printing the Draft picks to on-demand fan wear, heat printing and proper preparation is the only way to make this happen. We’re ready for the challenge and are honored to be a part of this tremendously exciting NFL event.
