What’s Hot for Spring?

neon inks

You can order custom transfers in six neon ink colors from Stahls’ Transfer Express. Works best for application on white shirts or on darks with a white background.

After recently returning from a trip to Florida, where it seems like everyone is wearing a custom printed garment of one kind or another, what caught my eye? Letters. Big letters. Interlocking big letters. Crests. And collegiate lettering looks were everywhere with Spring Break in full steam. I saw a lot of flock lettering and another trend that never really seems to go out of style, why should it, neon. It seems there are two ends of the design sprectrum–in your face neon or understated distressed looks. I guess that means the next big thing will be distressed neon? Who knows. What are some of the most popular looks you are heat printing this spring? Enjoy watching the Final Four battle it out on Saturday!  Since we’re less than an hour away from Ann Arbor, (and we have a few Michigan alums on the GroupeSTAHL team) I know a lot of folks at GroupeSTAHL will be rooting for Michigan to beat Syracuse.  Good luck to all your teams!

You can easily use a heat press to create any of spring's latest looks, whether it's CAD-CUT flock on a t-shirt or a digitally produced CAD-Printz crest that mimics the popular embroidery shown here.
