Even though you might have a staff of experienced salespeople, never underestimate the need for additional training. Just as many professions such as those in medicine and education require “refresher” classes to maintain high standards of excellence, your sales staff can also benefit from training. At least we feel that way here at GroupeSTAHL, which is why we recently held a sales training meeting at our Transfer Express location in Mentor, Ohio. GroupeSTAHL team members from around the country came together to learn about new products and services we offer, as well as hear inspiring stories from their peers and review customer feedback on how we can service them better. I was able to speak shortly to the group and had the honor of introducing Brian Sukarukoff, GroupeSTAHL CEO, as “the general” before he spoke.

Other speakers included Carleen Gray, Ben Robinson, Jan Starr and Dane Clement. Thank you to everyone who attended and all those that worked behind the scenes in organizing the event. On-going training is a tradition at GroupeSTAHL and we all realized we’re never too old to learn something new.
